I Love Potatoes!
It’s a shame that potatoes have got such a bad press over the last few years. Particularly since the Atkins and low-carb diets have hit the press.
Nutritionally a baked potato has everything that your body needs to get it through the day and in my opinion, this should count as one of your 5-7 a day! (Although not if it’s fried, obviously!)
When you are out shopping, consider potatoes instead of pasta – they contain loads more vitamins that will help keep you and your family well.
