Delivery, Refund and Return Policy when ordering through www.sally-bee.com, part of Media Delicious Ltd.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we guarantee that goods will be shipped within 3 working days.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return it in the original packaging for a full refund, within 14 days of purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries please email us on info@mediadelicious.com

Privacy Policy

We only collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering from our site we will ask for your name, address, email address and telephone number in case of problems with your order. You are then asked to enter your payment details through the accredited and secure PayPal payment gateway. None of our staff at Media Delicious Ltd have access to your payment details and no details are kept on file. We do not store any credit or debit card information. At Media Delicious Ltd, we take your privacy seriously and we will never pass your contact details onto third parties.
