‘You can create your own happiness’
The things you need to do to make you happy might change daily, so take time in the morning to reflect on anything thats making you feel down, and concentrate on pushing that aside so you can feel what will make you happy.
Sometimes it’s simple like going for a walk, or taking a sofa day,
Other times, its seeing friends, of getting something unpleasant done, finished and out of the way. When you take 5 minutes to properly think about what makes you happy, you can then put a plan into action.
Remember, you can’t always control what happens around you, but you can aways control how you react to it.
