Do You Know Your Heart age?

Why wait? You probably know your height and your weight, but do you know your heart age?

I believe that knowledge is power, and power is, well, empowering!

I was 36 when I had my first heart attacks, I’m now 50 (I whispered that!!) But I’m still here – still ticking and still taking the best care of my heart I can.

If you were told your heart age is older than you are – wouldn’t you want to make changes to protect your future self?

Having a heart age higher than your actual age, means you are at greater risk of developing cardiovascular disease, the second leading cause of death in the country. That’s why I am supporting the Heart Age Test campaign to encourage people to take the #HeartAgeTest

Hop over here to take the Heart Age Test and see how you are REALLY doing in the heart stakes!

I work with LoSalt, the healthy alternative to regular salt. If your blood pressure is a bit too high, this will affect your heart age. Salt is a silent killer that raises blood pressure and puts you at risk of heart attack ad stroke, so cut out all processed foods that have that devilishly hidden salt, and if you really need a little pinch with your food, go for LoSalt instead. It still has the same flavour but is 66% lower in sodium.
