You are what you eat, so always try to eat something natural and pretty! And don’t kid yourself that by drinking ‘diet’ drinks you are being healthy! Drink lots of water when you’re thirsty and save the ‘treat’ drinks to have as a treat!
So that’s the mantra for #Day5 of #365Days. Pimp up your water by adding fruit and ice and serving in a great big glass! Delicious, healthy and hydrating!
