Your home environment is as important to your health and well-being as good food, rest and medications. Have you created your haven at home?
My home is a 1930’s semi detached house which we have knocked about, got rid of walls, added a few extras and it is my haven of tranquility…well … until, hubby, 3 kids plus friends in tow, 3 cats and constant deliveries at the door from Pretty Little Thing (that’ll be Lela my 14 year old daughter!) So, I enjoy occasional, rare moments of peace and tranquility in my home, and I’ve come to realise that this environment is as important to my health as good food, rest and taking my meds!
“The most important work you will ever do, will be within the walls of your home. I tell my 3 children that every time they step through our front door, everything will be alright”
Home is a more tranquil when you’re not surrounded by piles of junk. Try to clear the decks and spring clean so relaxation comes easily #declutter
“I chose a warm to touch, yet cool and calm colour sofa. Too many colours confuse me! I love grey and silver and white. Lela gets me to add splashes of pale pink here and there which are lovely”
If you want to change up your home style, you could pop along to sofology. I went and what is really great is that don’t hassle you – at all!
