- By following this intensive, life changing, EASY online course with daily instruction, guidance and support you will lose 12lbs in 6 weeks
- All courses start on a Monday, but you may join up and get prepared at any time, any day of the week.
- On the first day of your course – you will start to receive a daily email with your video lesson and instruction for each day.
- You will be invited to join in LIVE Facebook coaching session once a week – usually on a Saturday morning – where you can ask Sally any questions you have and be inspired with the LIVE coaching.

Serves 2 Heat the olive oil in a high-sided frying pan over a high heat,
