WEEK 4

So often, in our society, we feel guilty for resting!

Please, don’t ever feel guilty for resting, it is soooo important!

There is no such thing as a 50% rest, 100% is the way to go and when you achieve good rest, you will have better energy.

For obvious reasons, watch this video when you are sitting somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We don’t want you falling off a chair!
