  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • Handful parsley, chopped
  • 120g tin sardines in tomato sauce, flaked
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sprinkle LoSalt
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
