Chilli Avocado Toast with Feta and Toasted Seeds

  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • Tabasco, to taste
  • 2 slices nutty brown bread
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Handful rocket leaves
  • 25g reduced-fat feta, crumbled
  • 1tbsp toasted seeds
  • Pinch chilli flakes, to taste

Serves 1

  1. Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and Tabasco.
  2. Toast the bread, then top with the avocado mixture, tomato slices, rocket and feta. Sprinkle with the seeds and chilli flakes.
  3. Serve on a nutty brown bread toast.
