- 1 banana
- 100g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 25 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons thick Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon runny honey
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 10g oats
Simply pop all the ingredients into a whizzer and whizz up until smooth. Either serve in a glass or a bowl with banana slices and a few chopped nuts and seeds on top.
