20g strawberries

½ banana

50ml natural Greek low fat yogurt

50ml apple juice

a pinch of cinnamon

 

Immune Support Smoothie

100g frozen blueberries

150ml no-added sugar cranberry juice

1 tsp agave nectar or runny honey

2 soft pitted prunes

Blend the blue berries, strawberries, banana, natural Greek low fat yogurt with apple juice and a pinch of cinnamon.
