Make the quantity that suits you.
- Oranges – peeled and segmented
- Runny honey
Make this at the beginning of the week and it’s perfect to keep you going until at least Thursday.
- Wash, halve and de-seed the fruit, place in a roasting tray.
- Drizzle with a squirt of runny honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Roast in the oven at 200 ̊C for 25 minutes until fruit has softened.
Eat warm or cold with porridge, yogurt or muesli.
