Peanut Butter, Apple & Cinnamon Ryvita

  • 1 rounded tbsp no added salt or sugar peanut butter
  • 2 Ryvita crispbread
  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced
  • Cinnamon, to dust

This sweet crispbread topping is packed full of fibre, plant-protein and completely vegan too. Enjoy as a ‘good-to-go’ breakfast!

  1. Mix the peanut butter in a small bowl with ½tbsp water until smooth.
  2. Spread over the crispbread, then top with the apple slices and dust with cinnamon. So simple!
