Spicy Pear Smoothie

Another smoothie recipe for you to start the day. Creamy and fresh all at the same time!

Ingredients:
  • 2 large very ripe pears, peeled and cored
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1tbsp runny honey
  • 400ml skimmed milk
  • ½tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Method:

Makes 2

  1. Put all the ingredients except the cinnamon into a blender.
  2. Whizz for 30 sec, then pour into a chilled glass.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if using, and serve immediately.
