The Feeling Better Mail Club
A quiet place to land when life feels uncertain but you’re still here anyway.
Most people think feeling better means fixing something.
I don’t.
Sometimes it means:
-
feeling steadier, not happier
-
feeling less alone, not more positive
-
feeling human again, not solved
This Mail Club exists for those moments.
What it is
The Feeling Better Mail Club is a small, steady correspondence
from me to you.
Not advice.
Not motivation.
Not cheerleading.
Just honest words, sent with care,
for people living with uncertainty in their bodies, their lives or their futures.
Why I write it
I’ve survived six heart attacks.
I live with a very rare condition.
The future, for me, is not a long-term plan.
I don’t share that for drama or sympathy.
I share it because it has taught me something essential:
That feeling better is not about pretending everything is fine.
It’s about learning how to live inside what is, without abandoning yourself.
This Mail Club is where I practice that, in words.
What you’ll receive
Letters that:
-
meet you where you actually are
-
don’t rush you to feel differently
-
don’t ask you to be brave or grateful
-
help you feel steadier in your own skin
Sometimes reflective.
Sometimes grounding.
Sometimes just a hand on your back saying: you’re not imagining this.
Each month you’ll also receive
-
A limited edition print (or 2) of my artwork, created as a companion to this work
-
A thoughtful gift from me, something small, chosen with care, simply to make you smile
-
An Expert Patient Pocket Guide
These aren’t incentives or extras.
They’re part of the correspondence, a physical reminder that care can arrive quietly, without asking anything of you.
There’s no schedule you have to keep up with.
No pressure to respond.
Just something thoughtful arriving when it’s ready.
Who it’s for
This is for you if:
-
You’re living with uncertainty and tired of pretending it’s fine
-
Your body or life has changed in ways you didn’t choose
-
You’re capable, responsible and quietly exhausted
-
You don’t want fixing, you want steadiness
-
You value depth, honesty and gentleness over noise
You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need a crisis.
You don’t need the right words yet.
You just need to want something real and kind arriving through your door.
What it is not
This is not:
-
a newsletter full of tips
-
a wellness programme
-
a place to perform vulnerability
-
a demand on your time or energy
There is no productivity here.
No transformation promise.
No before and after.
Only presence.
A small but important note
I won’t email you constantly.
I won’t sell your details.
And I won’t write to you just to fill space.
When something arrives by post each month, it’s because I meant it.
If this resonates
If you’re reading this and something has softened, even slightly, this is probably for you.
You can join quietly.
You can leave easily.
No explanations needed.

A Note from Sally
“I’ve walked through my own healing journeys, and I know how powerful small moments of kindness can be. This club isn’t about perfection or pretending everything is okay, it’s about sending love, warmth and hope to anyone who needs it. One letter, one image, one gentle reminder at a time.”
Sally Bee xx
