Titled “Celebrate Your Perfect Imperfections,” the talk weaves together the story of my own 20-year journey living with a life-threatening heart condition, and how painting became my sanctuary and form of emotional survival. I speak openly about how art has helped me embrace my flaws, my vulnerability, and ultimately my strength and how it can do the same for others.

In each session, I guide guests through the positivity behind my creative process:

• How I reuse old canvases to give forgotten things new life, symbolising personal transformation.

• Why I paint women and natural forms in their raw, asymmetrical beauty, to challenge harmful ideals and celebrate realness.

• The intention behind every texture, colour, and brushstroke, to soothe the viewer and remind them: you are already enough.
