  • These 1-2-1 sessions will provide clients with practical tools and techniques to manage stress and anxiety effectively.

  • Over the sessions, we will explore the underlying causes of stress and anxiety, introduce various coping strategies, and empower clients to build resilience in the face of adversity.

  • Throughout the sessions, clients will gain a deeper understanding of what stress and anxiety are and how they impact mind and body.

  • Clients will learn evidence-based coping strategies, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle changes.

  • Clients will develop resilience skills to bounce back from setbacks and learn how to navigate challenging situations with greater ease.

  • Clients will discover ways to manage panic attacks and cope during crisis situations.

  • Clients will receive a personalised plan for self-care and ongoing stress management.

  • The first 45 minute session is free of charge and free of commitment, so both Sally Bee and the client can decide if their work together will be beneficial.

6 Session series includes:

 

  • 6 x 60 minute one-2-one sessions either via Zoom or face to face depending on location

  • Timings to suit client

  • Personal Action Plan, (developed with employer if required), to ensure safe guarding, presenteeism and future sign posting and support

  • Follow up email access to Sally Bee
