Feminine underwear is one of my favourite things. Develop a good relationship with your underwear because when chosen with love and worn properly, it will never let you down!
Each morning after you shower and moisturise, choosing your underwear is the perfect time to have a little chat with yourself about your expectations for the day.
How do you want to look and feel?
Your knicker drawer need never be overflowing! We all tend to wear the same few items over and over again. You know the ones I’m talking about, your comfy knickers, your lucky knickers, your period knickers and your sexy knickers.
If you have many, many pairs, I’m willing to bet my favourite bra that you never get to the bottom of your drawer!
Clear Out.
Throw away EVERYTHING that has a tinge of grey when it should be crisp white and throw out anything that has any underwire poking through. If it has a frayed edge or you have underwear that has never fitted you properly, throw them away NOW!
Have just 5 or 6 sets of matching underwear, (yes this is where matchy-matchy is allowed!) Lay them out in the drawer on beautifully scented paper...
