Both Kim and Sallie have personal stories to tell about their devastating diagnosis of Hyperparathyroidism; a hugely undiagnosed condition that can debilitate a normal life, but can be cured by a simple surgery. The challenge is getting doctors to take this condition seriously in the first place!

I really enjoyed recording this with Nicky, I felt incredibly safe and somehow ended up talking about a time in my life that I never thought I would speak about publicly. When you have had a near death experience, it can't help but affect you. I hope I don't get judged badly by my words - this was really from the heart, honest and very real to me at the time. An experience I will never forget.
